Find That Number is published by Mail Publications Ltd (UK registration number 03587201), Forge House, Bearsted Green Business Park, Maidstone, Kent, England, ME14 4DT (the publisher) and all paid-for and free advertisements (the adverts) are subject to acceptance by the publisher. They must comply with current UK legislation and the British Code of Advertising Practice. The agreement to publish an advertisement will be in the form of an electronic communication or written confirmation in the English language from the publisher to the advertiser. The advert will be published for the period stated at the time of order or in the confirmation document, unless cancelled by the advertiser. If the publisher fails to publish the advert within seven working days of receiving the advertiser's payment the advertiser will receive a full refund of the payment on request within seven days of that request. Only the advert supplied for publication by the advertiser will be published in Find That Number and all other information given by the advertiser will be held by the publisher separately on a confidential file which will be accessible only by the advertiser and publisher. The advertiser warrants the adverts meet the requirements in 1 (above) and they are in no way illegal, defamatory or an infringement of a third party's rights. The advertiser will supply advertising information/material virus free. The advertiser extends this warranty to the content of any website linked to an advertisement. The advertiser warrants that any material supplied for publication on Find That Number does not infringe any Intellectual Property Rights. The advertiser shall indemnify the publisher and/or Editor from and against any actions, proceedings, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including legal costs) which the publisher or Editor may incur as a direct or indirect consequence of publishing the advertiser's advert. The publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damage, consequential or otherwise, caused by error, late publication or failure of an advert to appear for any reason. If the error or omission is due to an act or default of the advertiser or its servants or agents the advertiser shall be liable to pay the full advertising rate due in respect of the advertisement. The publisher shall inform the advertiser of any change in published advertising rates at least 30 days before an advertisement is due to be booked or re-booked on Find That Number. The advertiser has the right to cancel an advertisement by giving the publisher not less than seven working days' notice. The cancellation is subject to the payment terms and conditions notified at the time of booking. The advertiser can change the content of an advertisement by giving the publisher not less than seven working days' notice. Any advertisement asking for cash with order must be accompanied by a Periodical Publishers Association Mail Order Protection Form completed by the advertiser or agent. No refund or repeat of an advertisement will be made for a misprint, error or omission unless the publisher considers that it detracts materially from the advert. In no circumstances will the publisher's total liability exceed the cost of a corrected advert. Payments are expected on line - but any payments invoiced separately must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Payments made late are subject to a 5% surcharge. If a payment is not made within 60 days of the invoice date interest will charged on the outstanding amount at a rate of two percent per calendar month. The publisher reserves the right to suspend service to an advertiser. The publisher's invoice will be in UK Sterling and include UK Value Added Tax clearly and separately indicated (the publishers VAT registration number is: 703 1182 83). The advertiser accepts Find That Number will be subject to short downtime periods for repair, upgrading, maintenance etc. The publisher will take all reasonable steps to ensure downtime is restricted and limited to off-peak periods. The publisher reserves the right to amend and improve Find That Number without prior notification to the advertiser. The publisher will endeavour to ensure the value of services to advertisers will not be diminished. Links on this website will lead to other websites not under the publisher's control. The publisher is not responsible for the content of any linked websites and cannot be responsible for the consequences of your using the information or devices on linked websites. The publisher cannot guarantee these links are always operating. This website does not endorse any commercial products or business - or the content of any linked website. The publisher uses every effort to check and test the website for viruses. The publisher advises you run an anti-virus programme on your system. The publisher cannot accept responsibility for damage to your system or loss of data caused by using this website.
